With more than 18 years spanning operations and project management in the entertainment industry, Candyce brings a practical people-first approach to complex environments. Today she brings that same mindset to commercial property management, where successful operations means protecting the asset, supporting tenants, making owners' lives easier and never being too busy to provide the white glove treatment.
Candyce and her husband first ventured into Newnan one Saturday for a Tour of Homes. While having a burger at the Redneck Gourmet, a friendly realtor at a nearby table said, “You should come back to Newnan sometime…we’ll go look through old, empty houses…you know, just for fun.”
Twenty years and three grown babies later, Candyce is grateful to call one of those old, empty houses -and the welcoming town it sits in- home sweet home.
